Stay active and train safely from home, a clinic, or anywhere with this 20-minute, chair-based workout from NCHPAD. This adapted exercise is led by NCHPAD exercise physiologist John Reams, who brings over 20 years of experience working with people with mobility limitations, and also features Tammy Sampson and WD Foster. Using just one 8–10 inch inflatable ball, the routine targets core, upper-body, and lower-body strength, along with joint stability.

- Spinal cord injury (paraplegia or tetraplegia)
