The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Effective Communication in Healthcare
This course offers healthcare professionals an overview of effective communication requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It covers how to identify patients with communication access needs, apply ADA-recommended strategies, use appropriate aids and services, and address common barriers in healthcare settings.
