Focus mode

Boost your strength, balance, and confidence with this guided circuit, specifically designed for people with lower limb loss and prosthetic users.

Led by Exercise Physiologist John Reams, featuring real adaptations from Jay Reid and Karen Bullock. This session utilizes common equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, wrist weights) and provides multiple variations for every movement to match your comfort and mobility level.

What you’ll gain:

  • Improved hip and core power (e.g., kettlebell swings).
  • Enhanced single-leg stability (e.g., kickstand deadlifts).
  • Developed pulling and overhead strength (e.g., rows, cleans, presses).
  • Integrated functional power and coordination.

Circuit Structure: 6 movements total. Perform each exercise for 1 minute followed by a 30-second rest. Repeat the circuit as desired, focusing on controlled reps.
