We believe exceptional neuroscience care extends beyond clinical treatment. It happens when people living with neurologic conditions have the resources they need to incorporate wellness into their daily lives. That’s what the OhioHealth Neuroscience Wellness Center offers our community – a destination like no other in the nation, with every detail built to welcome, motivate, inform and empower our members. The center features: three multipurpose fitness studios,  an indoor walking track Wellness and educational programs,  a quiet studio for mind-body classes with a deck that extends for outdoor programming, a dedicated exercise studio with an overhead harness system for participants who need extra balance support during their workout,  an open gym with strength and cardio equipment, including ADA-accessible options Standard and family locker rooms Exercise classes for all functional levels, from chair-based to high-intensity, The Technogym® computerized workout system. Additionally, our Neuro Wellness and Recreation team offers programs for health behavior change, nutrition, mindfulness, exercise and prevention to truly address wellness beyond fitness. We have adapted golf, Fore Hope, and pickleball programming and partner with local organizations to bring adapted kayaking, cycling and more to our participants.
