National Center on Health, Physical Activity & Disability

The National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD) is a public health practice center providing health promotion programs and resources for people with and without disabilities. We’re committed to establishing sustainable approaches to health promotion and wellness for individuals with mobility limitations. Our initiatives and services are designed to not only empower individuals but also to be scalable across healthcare facilities and communities nationwide.

NCHPAD Connect offers participants access to a free, online community of experts and health promotion resources designed to support the personal goals and well-being of people with mobility limitations aged 18 and older.
