Bloom Fitness is a non-profit organization dedicated to leading adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to choose a lifetime of community-driven health and wellness. Believing that everyone has an “athlete within,” Bloom provides an inviting and safe environment where participants can exercise, learn about healthy choices, and experience a true sense of belonging. Bloom offers adaptable, 30-minute classes across six formats: strength, yoga, Pilates, dance, cycle, and chair fitness. Programs are delivered through an accessible three-part format: in-person at partner provider facilities, virtually through Bloom Live! online classes, and on-demand via the Bloom Fitness web and mobile applications. For individuals wishing to exercise at home, our free app can be downloaded in any major app store, making it easy for athletes across the country to stay connected, get moving, and feel a real sense of pride.
