This guided meditation invites you to connect with your body through stillness and movement—no matter how you move, sit, roll, or rest. Designed for people with and without mobility limitations, this 10-minute practice centers breath awareness, body scanning, and mindful movement as tools for grounding and self-compassion.

Whether you’re lying down, seated, using a wheelchair, or walking slowly through your space, you’ll be guided to notice how your body supports you, how it moves, and how it feels. This session encourages gratitude for your body and the many ways it carries you through the world—while reinforcing nervous system regulation and presence through breath.
