- Sit in chair and extend one leg forward.
- Keep knee straight and gently lean toward your toes, attempting to maintain a straight back.
- Hold for 10-30 seconds.
- Repeat on the other leg.
- You should feel a stretch in the hamstrings.
- Don't perform this exercise if it increases leg pain.
