- Extend the arm and hand forward with palm facing outward.
- Bend your wrist back toward your body and assist the movement with your other hand.
- Hold for 10-30 seconds.
- Then straighten your wrist and assist the movement with your other hand.
- Hold for 10-30 seconds.
