The following ingredients are all you need to make five separate meals:

Deli

  • 1 rotisserie chicken

Produce

  • Fresh dill
  • 8 fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon

Grains & Bread Products

  • 2 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 bags, Uncle Ben's 90-Second Rice (1 Brown and 1 Wild)

Meats

  • 2 salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 halibut fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Dairy Products

  • Small bag of shredded, reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

Canned Goods

  • 1 can black beans

Oils, Condiments, & Spices

  • 1 small jar of basil pesto
  • White wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
