Keep Your Kitchen Stocked

NCHPAD has created a series of weekly meals specific for individuals with a spinal cord injury (SCI). Many of the meals that make up our Five-Dinner Grocery Bags include basic ingredients that are known as staples in any cooks kitchen. Take this grocery list to the store with you to make sure your kitchen is stocked with the basic items that you’ll need for future recipes.

Grocery List

Grains & Bread Products

  • All-purpose flour
  • Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice: Whole Grain Brown

Oils, Condiments & Spices

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Canola oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Dijon mustard
