Cantaloupe Kiwi Lime Water
This water recipe is all about a healthy heart! Staying hydrated throughout the day is very important for our heart function, blood pressure, circulation and more. Cut a lime into small slivers and set aside. Cut a kiwi into small pieces as well and remove the skin. Lastly, cut a cantaloupe into small chunks and place all of your fruit into a jar. Pour water over top, let infuse and enjoy!
