Lavender Lemon Water


Lavender lemon water is a great way to add a little zest to your day!  Lemon enhances the flavor of water and is approximately 90% water itself.  It helps to promote hydration, freshens breath, improves skin, cleans out your liver and helps to prevent kidney stones.  Using lavender adds a sweet taste to the drink and can also help with controlling anxiety, depression and nausea.  Place your lemon and lavender into the water jar or pitcher and pour water over the top. Refrigerate your drink for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
