Apple Apricot Mango Water


Try a fruit water infusion with apple, apricot and mango water to help boost immunity and lung function!  Mango and apricots are a great source of immune boosting nutrients such as Vitamin A, which can help to lower the risk of lung infection.  Apples also help to protect our lungs because they are high in Vitamin C and E which are important for proper lung functioning.  Cut up your mango, apricot and apple and place in a jar of water.  Shake and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then enjoy!
