Segment 3: Figure 8
Hold the pumpkin out in front of you with arms fully extended. Keeping elbows in extension during the exercise make a figure 8 in the air with your pumpkin. In a seated position make sure you are sitting up with your back straight. In a standing position hold a squat position while you are doing the figure 8 movement with your arms.
Rest for 30 seconds then repeat the series following the same cycle of rest periods.
