Segment 3: Straight Arm Rotations


Straight Arm RotationsHold the pumpkin out in front of you with arms fully extended.  Rotate your arms and upper body side to side keeping the full extension at your elbows.  In a standing position, pivot your opposite foot for an increased range of motion.  In a seated position make sure that you are sitting up with your back straight.
