Segment 1: Big Circles


Big CirclesThis exercise can be performed in a seated or standing position.  Begin by holding the pumpkin with both hands above your head with arms fully extended.  Keeping your arms extended, rotate to make a circle by moving to the right side, downward center, then to the left side, finishing back above your head. Rotate your torso with the movement, but keep your hips facing forward.
