When it comes to keeping New Year's resolutions, no one can ever have too many resources, right?! This January we have decided to go back in time and give you direct links to January newsletters of years past, addressing such topics as shedding last year's pounds, staying motivated for the new year, opportunities for fitness leaders, and all highlighting various NCHPAD resources that you can use to make (and not break) your 2009 resolutions.
