Snowshoeing and nordic skiing are more aerobic then walking, as snowshoes sink slightly into soft powder and cross country skiis glide in tracks. They are graceful and thrilling athletic endeavors. This is an experience and opportunity with only positive results and maximum enjoyment.

The program will be held at Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area, 1463 Plank Road, Petersburgh, NY.
