STRIDE's Swim Program has been one of the most popular since it began in 2001. Offered three seasons per year at the East Greenbush YMCA in East Greenbush, NY, youth-athletes are taught under the guidelines of the American Red Cross Swim Instruction Program and catered to the skill level of each individual need. Family members in attendance may be asked to assist in the water. Participants receive trophies and T-shirts, too!
