The classes you take as a beginner will start you on your path to understanding how to increase your focus and self discipline, in order to help you achieve your goals. The martial arts have traditionally taught adults for 100's of years to develop their flexibility while increasing their strength, and all without weight equipment.

Karate is in the top 10 activities for burning calories, building lean muscle mass and keeping the student wanting more every time they come to class. Also, the techniques you learn in the martial arts give you a physical and mental outlet for all your stress.

Karate International Fitness Center offers classes in Cardio Kickboxing, Karate, Kendo (Japanese Sword Fighting), Judo, and Meditation. They also have weight training and cardio machines.

All programs are open to any individual, with or without disabilities, and the building is wheelchair accessible. They have 25 years of experience working with individuals of all abilities. All programs are inclusive, but private lessons are also available to augment the group classes as needed.
