Increase strength and flexibility as you have fun doing a variety of stretching and exercises in the warm therapy pool. If you need one-to-one assistance, a friend or family memeber is encouraged to assist at no cost. A trained staff member or volunteer may be provided depending on availabity. If you require one-to-one assistance, a three-week notification is required prior to the start of class.
