Get in the game! Join the unified basketball team that integrates individuals with developmental disabilities (athletes) and individuals without disabilities (partners). Use your positive attitude to improve and gain skills through teamwork and meaningful inclusion. They practice and scrimmage for 8 weeks and then compete in the Special Olympics Area Competition and the Chatfield tournament. Athletes must be able to understand and follow instructions for catching, throwing, dribbling and shooting a basketball. Fee includes T-shirt. Partners & Volunteers Needed!
