Why Exercise?


According to the International Classification of Functioning system, anxiety and depression are terms used to characterize a person's habitual tendency towards obsessive thoughts, impulses, negative thinking patterns, and automatic reactions to fearful thoughts. When they think things are hopeless or they feel unable to cope, people often withdraw from living the full and rich life that is their birthright. Engaging in physical activity is simple, because any of us can easily move around our living room, or take a short walk outside to gain the health benefits of exercise without having to join a group or have others pushing expectations for future performance upon us.
