Trying to be perfect every day for six weeks is not necessary. Learning to love exercise is not quite the goal, either. Give yourself the credit you deserve for working on a plan to improve your life and your health. Wellness promoting activities like getting out of the house and taking a walk help people create change in their lives. The effort you are making to live stronger is actually your proof of having succeeded!
