Andy Fernandez is the Inclusion Supervisor with the City of Reno, Nevada - Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department. Prior to his arrival in Reno, Fernandez was on staff with the City of Boulder, Colorado - EXPAND Program in Colorado and previously, with the City of Las Vegas Adaptive Recreation. He received a B.A. degree in psychology with a minor in special education and rehabilitation from the University of Arizona and an M.A. in recreation with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation from the University of Northern Colorado.
