Notes

This program involves 7 weeks of ice skating. With the assistance of the WSSRA staff, participants will be taught the following skills in progression:

• Forward Glide
• Backward Glide
• Posture and balance
• Confidence building with independence on the ice

Skates will be provided for the 30 minute lesson.
