Tennis has recently been added to the AccesSport repertoire of high challenge sports. Students come to lessons in groups of six or less, and share in learning basic strokes and game play. The game of tennis helps individuals work on coordination, balance, and agility while getting a cardiovascular workout. Like our other sports, we welcome people of all abilities/ disabilities to join us. This past year, we have been offering lessons in indoor courts in the Boston area. Come summer we will offer tennis through our program in conjunction with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. This now makes Tennis one of AccesSportAmerica's main year round activities.
