The ARISE & Fish Program is an integrated fishing program that will provide persons with disabilities the ability to become an angler or to improve on their present expertise.
Their overall goal is to provide more recreational opportunities for persons with a broad range of disabilities through adapted fishing equipment and other assistance that will be available through this program.
