They offer afterschool and Sunday programs for children and teens, ages 4-20, with developmental disabilities. "Nesher" is the Hebrew word for eagle. A primary goal of the Nesher program is to give these children the opportunity to develop a true sense of confidence so that they may soar like an eagle to great new heights with pride, strength and dignity.

Children participate in classes with ongoing support and supervision. Classes include art, science, music, cooking, karate, yoga, aerobics, swimming, sports, computers, Judaic enrichment and drama. An interview with the director is required for admission.
