Programs are for Waukegan residents. Athletes will receive skill training on ball handling, shooting, rebounding, defensive and offensive teamwork as well as good sportsmanship. Basketball will help improve motor skills, hand-eye coordination, balance, strength, speed, flexibility, conditioning and endurance.
