This is a great way to get fit. Water exercise varies in the depth used, the style of aerobic dancing, calisthenics and specific motions. The best part about Aquacise is that you don't need to know how to swim. Age ranges from 16 years old and older. Activities will include stretching, exercising, water walking and group games. This program is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities.
