Bobbers (Children’s Adapted Aquatics)(ages 2-3)

A fun and interactive aquatic class designed for parents to participate with their children. Parents will also have the opportunity to network while children enhance physical and social skills using warm-water therapy. Adult participation required.

Bubblers (Children’s Adapted Aquatics) (ages 3-5)

Participants, with one-on-one instruction, will be individually assessed of their swimming skills, and instructors will create weekly lessons to work with each child on water safety and swimming skills. They will also learn social skills during partner activities with classmates and group games.

Yoga (Children’s Adapted Yoga) (ages 3-5)

Kids will learn simple yoga basics using fun animal and nature poses. Participants will also work on physical fitness and social skills while joining in group activities, games, and visual imagery.

Tiny Tumblers Gymnastics (Children’s Adapted Gymnastics) (ages 3-5)

In this coed class without parents, kids will learn basic gymnastics on all apparatuses. Focuses on motor skill development, body awareness, eye-hand coordination, socialization, listening, and fun.
