Challenge Alaska Southeast Program, Challenge Alaska, with the support of S.A.I.L. (Southeast Alaska Independent Living), is providing a year-round recreation program based in Juneau. The program will include adaptive skiing and other activities in the winter, and sea kayaking, fishing, etc. in the spring/summer/fall months.
