Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Rehab Services is excited to offer specialty programming to compliment Evanston Athletic Club's own commitment to achieving a healthy lifestyle. These high quality classes are part of a post rehab curriculum designed to facilitate the transition into community wellness programs or baseline activity levels. These classes focus on understanding your individual needs within a group environment to insure a successful exercise experience while avoiding further injury.

Programs offered by ENH Rehab Services carry fees separate from the EAC membership fee. Classes are led by licensed Physical Therapist. A Physician referral is required for Prenatal and Postnatal classes.
