Tips for Feeling Full


4 Tips for How To Stay Full On A Low-Carb Diet
1. Eat “high-volume foods” such as vegetables. These are full of fiber and water to help keep you feeling full.
2. Choose foods with healthy fat for every snack or meal.  Examples of this would be cheese, oil, nuts, meat, poultry, and fish.
3. Drink water with each meal to stretch the stomach out more.
4. Consume smaller meals to delay gastric emptying.
 
4 Tips for HowTo Stay Full On A Low-Fat Diet
1. Eat “high-volume foods” such as fruits, vegetables, and beans.
2. Consume a small serving of healthy fat with your meal. This could include nuts/seeds, oil and vinegar as a dressing on a salad, or some lean meat. (A little goes a long way with keeping you full!)
3. Drink water with each meal to stretch the stomach out more.
4. Decrease food intake during meal times in order to slow down gastric emptying.
