About Hi I am SueBWE I have Multiple Sclerosis, I live in South west Florida, I love golf and no longer can play due to Heat intolerance and social isolation. I need to lose 35 lbs. I like swimming and can do 1000 to 2000 yards a day with the proper motivation and when i feel ok... I have kept my medical condition a secrete/private so my clients and friends do not reject me It has been a burden faking being well... and in the MS closet... I try and work full time. I am hoping that some structure and a short term plan will get me started on losing the 35 lbs and eating better and exercising will give me my confidence back...I am in the middle of a divorce and hope to connect with new people...my x was an alcoholic...so things got a bit wacky... I have a great sense of humor and hopefully this will uplift others...and bring me some fun and joy too...

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!

What is the program?

  • Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
  • Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
  • Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
  • Duration: 14 weeks

How does it work?

  • You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
  • We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
  • Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
