There are no shortage of foods that comprise all aspects of a healthy diet. However, within these options are certain staple items recommended by the ChooseMyPlate initiative that you should try to keep stocked at all times in your own kitchen.

CANNED ITEMS

  • Low sodium beans
  • Low sodium corn
  • Low sodium diced tomatoes
  • Low sodium chicken broth/stock
