A game plan reminds us that we are headed to a diet unfriendly danger zone called The Holidays. During this time, we usually do not work our regular 9-to-5 followed by a trip to the gym. Instead, we are heading for non-exercising days. We are heading for days full of overeating and drinking of festive holiday food and beverages�
Once we realize this truth, we can better determine both that a game plan is needed and the type of game plan we need to make.
