Upright Bicycle
- A lever on the bike allows the user to adjust the seat height.
- Placing both feet on the pedals and pushing one of the pedals as far down as possible determines the height of the seat.
- The leg should be near full extension, but with a slight bend at the knee.
- Foot straps located on the pedals can be used to help secure both feet in the pedals.
- Hands are gripped using the closer handlebars in this picture, but those who want to lean forward while using this bicycle may want to use the upper handlebars instead for better comfort.
