NuStep (Manufactured By: NuStep)
- Knobs on the sides of the arm levers make both adjustable.
- Hands are gripped with the palms facing inward. Back is placed firmly against the back seat pad.
- A lever on the NUStep allows the user to adjust the seat distance from the pedals.
- Placing both feet on the pedals and pushing one of the pedals as far away as possible determines this distance.
- The leg should be near full extension, but with a slight bend at the knee.
- Foot straps are used to help secure both feet on the pedals.
