Leg Extension (Manufactured By: Life Fitness)
- Start by sitting upright with the back resting firmly against back pad, legs bent a little past 90 degrees and handlebars gripped with palms facing towards each other.
- The back pad is adjusted so that the pivot point of the knee is located at the edge of the seat pad.
- The ankle pad is adjusted so that the fronts of both ankles rest directly underneath the center of the ankle pad.
