Graphic Designer

Mr. Tubbs joined Lakeshore Foundation in 2013 as a Graphic Designer with the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD). Mr. Tubbs studied History with an emphasis on Art History at Auburn University. Mr. Tubbs started classical art training at age 8 and then expanded to graphic art. He has received formal training in print design from Noble Desktop in New York, NY and has completed four of six courses approved by the NY State Department of Education working towards the Adobe Authorized Training Centers Certificate in Print Design to be completed in 2016. Mr. Tubbs specializes in acrylic, screen print, document design, and web graphics. He has expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and printing concepts. Mr. Tubbs works with NCHPAD core staff to visually support projects and activities that further the mission of the Center. He designs and executes a variety of print and digital communication materials and has completed graphic recordings at various meetings/workshops. Mr. Tubbs also works on projects for Lakeshore Foundations Advocacy and Policy department and other initiatives within the UAB/Lakeshore Research Collaborative.
