UK Royal National Institute for the Blind: Leisure and the DDA


This concise pamphlet is targeted to the United Kingdom's leisure industry to help it understand how the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) impacts its services.

Areas covered include a description of the DDA, a clear definition of a customer with a disability, service obligations according to the Act, a definition of reasonable adjustments, examples of protocol, as well as useful contacts of disability-leisure organizations.
