Greenwell's Intermediate Horse Camp is designed for riders ages 10-15. Campers must be able to walk trot and canter independently. Riders will work on pre-jumping skills, some gymnastic exercises, simple lead changes and leg yielding.

An overnight campout on Thursday night is included in Intermediate Horse Camp. The overnight campout will be supervised by both male and female counselors as well as one adult. Cooking will be supervised by a counselor. Food allergies can be accommodated. Parents are invited to join their camper(s) for dinner at 5pm Thursday. Pickup will be on Friday at the regular time.

Each child must bring a water bottle, lunch, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and a complete change of clothing daily. Additionally, Horse Campers must wear long pants (jeans are preferred) and a boot with a heel. Children may also wear a swimsuit under their clothing. More details on gear needed for the overnight will be forthcoming. Extended care before and/or after camp is available for an additional fee.
