Greenwell's Horse Camp is one of Southern Maryland's most popular camps. Ride horses and learn all about care and feeding of our equine friends. Campers will ride once per day with a qualified riding instructor. During the summer of 2011, Horse Camp will focus on improving riding skills.

Horsemanship is emphasized by allowing campers to saddle their own horses, helping care for them, and learning all about horse health. Various horse disciplines will be explored and of course, we will make horse arts and crafts.

Each child must bring a water bottle, lunch, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and a complete change of clothing daily. Additionally, Horse Campers must wear long pants (jeans are preferred) and a boot with a heel. Children may also wear a swimsuit under their clothing. Extended care before and/or after camp is available for an additional fee.
