Pioneer Trails Day Camp packs fun and friendship into multi-week sessions throughout the summer. Day Camp is designed to serve children and young adults with a developmental disability and to provide respite for families caring for children with special needs. Day Camp partners with the Youth Volunteer Corps to promote inclusion and acceptance.
To be eligible campers must be between the ages of six and twenty-six and still attending school.
Campers participate in games, arts and crafts, nature education, swimming, canoeing and fishing, as well as community outings.
Each session of camp lasts three weeks and is in session Monday - Thursday.
