This program provides therapeutic, developmental, rehabilitative, and recreational fishing opportunities aboard a specially equipped and modifyied wheelchair accessible vessel.

Since 1985, Excalibur has been an all-volunteer 501C-3 private non-profit organization, which is liscensed and inspected by the V.S.C.G.
