Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus/YMCA certified instructors will provide the adaptations, techniques, skills and knowledge required to obtain your scuba certification. Individuals need to register as soon as possible to allow time for the completion of a physician?s medical form. GLASA will mail medical form once registration is completed.

Registrants will need to complete a detailed medical statements a have a physicians approval. Both GLASA and the YMCA have the right to deny participants to this program based on medical issues for safety purposes
