A slow, graceful, ancient Chinese exercise program that helps to increase strength, muscle tone, range of motion, flexibility, balance, improves posture and better circulation and coordination. Other non-physical benefits include improved concentration, increased sense of well-being, decreased stress and more energy. This form of exercise is derived from ancient martial arts; it is considered low intensity and low impact but high in benefits.
